运输与发货服务条款
1. 发货责任划分
供应商自主销售商品：
所有由供应商上传并自主销售的商品，由供应商自行负责包装、发货、物流跟踪及相关运输责任。平台仅作为信息与交易中介，不参与实际运输过程，亦不对该类商品的运输损坏、延误或遗失承担任何责任。平台代理销售商品：
若商品由平台代为销售（代理商品），平台将负责该类商品的打包、发货及物流处理，平台对此类商品的运输承担全部责任。运输过程中如有问题，用户可直接联系平台客服处理。
2. 物流方式与费用
供应商自行决定其发货方式与物流服务商，并需提前告知买家相关物流信息与费用。
平台代理商品的物流方式与费用将明确显示在订单页面中，由用户在下单前知晓。
3. 国际运输与清关
平台建议供应商在商品详情页中明确标示商品的国际运输限制与责任划分。
进口国的清关、税费及法律合规责任，默认由买家承担，除非另有说明。
4. 风险承担说明
对于供应商直接发货的商品，平台不对运输环节中的任何损失或争议承担责任，用户须直接与供应商沟通协调。
对于平台代理的商品，平台将在合理范围内协助用户处理物流问题。
Shipping & Delivery Terms
1. Shipping Responsibility
Supplier-fulfilled Products:
Products sold and shipped directly by suppliers are entirely managed by the suppliers themselves, including packaging, dispatch, tracking, and logistics. The platform acts only as a marketplace and is not involved in the delivery process. The platform bears no liability for damage, delay, or loss of such shipments.Platform-agented Products:
For products sold via the platform as an agent, the platform is responsible for handling packaging, shipping, and logistics. Any shipping issues with such orders should be directed to our customer service.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees
Suppliers choose their own shipping methods and logistics providers and must inform buyers of related costs and tracking.
For agented products, the shipping method and fee are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
3. International Shipping & Customs
Suppliers are advised to disclose any export/import restrictions clearly in product descriptions.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or compliance issues in their own countries, unless otherwise specified.
4. Risk Disclaimer
The platform is not responsible for shipping-related disputes or losses for supplier-fulfilled items; such matters must be resolved between the buyer and the supplier.
For agented products, the platform will assist in resolving shipping issues within reasonable scope.
輸送・出荷サービス約款
1. 発送責任の区分
サプライヤーによる直接発送商品：
サプライヤーが直接販売・発送する商品については、梱包・発送・配送追跡など、すべての物流責任はサプライヤーが負います。当社は取引プラットフォームとしての役割のみを担い、配送トラブル（損傷、遅延、紛失など）に関して一切の責任を負いません。当社代理販売商品：
当社が代理で販売する商品については、当社が梱包・発送・物流処理を担当します。この場合の配送に関する責任は当社が負います。配送に関する問題があれば、当社カスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。
2. 配送方法と料金
サプライヤーは独自に配送方法と物流業者を選択し、購入者に配送費用と追跡情報を提供する義務があります。
当社代理商品に関しては、注文画面にて配送方法と料金を明示し、注文前に購入者が確認できるようにします。
3. 国際配送と通関
サプライヤーは商品詳細ページにて、国際配送の制限や責任範囲を明示することを推奨します。
輸入国における通関手続き・税金・法令遵守の責任は、特別な記載がない限り購入者が負担するものとします。
4. リスク免責事項
サプライヤー直接発送商品に関して、当社は一切の責任を負わず、トラブルが発生した場合は購入者とサプライヤーの間で解決してください。
当社代理商品の場合は、合理的な範囲で当社が配送問題に対応します。
