Our Services — Independent Technical & Supply-Chain judgment Consulting

Focused on decision validity and risk boundaries.

Not sure which level of support you need?

Most clients start with an initial review to clarify risks and next steps before deciding how far to go.

Initial Assessment

A short initial review to understand your project and possible paths forward.

We look at your project at a high level to understand:

  • What decision you’re facing
  • Where uncertainty or risk may exist
  • Whether consulting support would be helpful, and at what level

Describe the context you’d like us to review.

Please fill out the form below.

This step is intended to clarify the direction of the discussion,
not to provide a full analysis.

Others may require a more structured consulting engagement to reduce uncertainty.

Consulting Services

Light Consulting

This option is suitable when you have a specific issue and would like an experienced perspective to clarify risks or implications.

Typical situations include:

  • A single component or supplier question
  • A narrow technical or sourcing concern
  • Early uncertainty that doesn’t yet require full analysis

A brief written summary highlighting key considerations and suggested next steps.

Standard Consulting

When a single issue has multiple possible paths,
this level provides structured analysis to explore trade-offs and compare realistic alternatives.

Typical situations include:

  • Evaluating multiple component or supplier options
  • Understanding trade-offs between cost, performance, and risk
  • Clarifying responsibility boundaries around a specific decision

A structured consulting note comparing options and trade-offs to support decision-making.

Extended Consulting

This level is intended for situations where technical, system, and supply chain considerations are closely linked.

Typical situations include:

  • System-level feasibility questions
  • Integration and dependency concerns
  • Projects involving multiple suppliers or subsystems

A comprehensive system-level consulting report evaluating feasibility, cross-domain risk interactions, and optimization strategies, with recommended solution directions and option selection rationale.

Pricing & Terms For Consulting Services

  • Consulting fees are determined based on scope, complexity, and the level of judgment required.
  • Pricing is discussed after we review the context of your request.
  • If the request is a fit, we’ll follow up with a brief outline of scope and pricing.

These services are provided strictly for execution convenience
and do not replace independent Consulting judgment.

Convenience services focus on communication clarity, coordination efficiency, and process facilitation.

They do not include engineering or supply chain judgment unless consulting services are explicitly engaged.

Scope of Services and Professional Boundaries

We believe that meaningful consulting work starts with clarity — of purpose, scope, and responsibility.

Our role is not to replace internal decision-making, nor to blur accountability across parties.
Instead, we provide independent perspective at the right moment, and with the appropriate level of depth.

Initial Assessment is intended to clarify context, assess whether a structured review may be helpful, and identify appropriate next steps. It does not constitute a full risk analysis or consulting opinion.

Consulting Services involve explicit analytical judgment, risk assessment, and structured written analysis. Engineering or supply chain conclusions are provided only under a confirmed consulting engagement.

Convenience and Coordination Services focus on communication clarity, coordination efficiency, and process facilitation. They do not include engineering judgment, feasibility assessment, or risk evaluation unless consulting services are explicitly engaged.

Site Visits and On-site Support, when provided, are observational and coordination-oriented by default. They do not imply technical validation, supplier endorsement, or responsibility for production, quality, or commercial outcomes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

During coordination or site activities, we may occasionally note the presence of potential technical or supply chain considerations. Such observations are not assessments and do not replace structured consulting work.

Consulting judgment is normally provided only when it is explicitly requested and formally engaged as part of a consulting scope.

Clear boundaries are what make trust possible.
They protect clients from ambiguity, suppliers from misunderstanding, and projects from hidden assumptions.

This is how we keep our work independent, our judgment credible, and our practice sustainable over the long term.

Independent judgment, clear boundaries, and long-term responsibility — this is the work we choose to do.
